Kenton D. Kinnaird
Kenton D. Kinnaird's practice emphasizes personal injury, social security disability, bankruptcy, and criminal defense. Kenton hosted The Kinnaird Legal Hour on 740 AM KVOR and is a frequent guest on 98.1 Magic, KILO, KVOR and KKFM morning radio shows. Many of these broadcasts are available in the Radio & Media Archives. Kenton graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the J. Rueben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Kenton is a member of the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Association, and is a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Association, the Family Law Section and the Bankruptcy Section of the El Paso County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Federal and State courts and agencies in Colorado and is admitted and qualified as attorney and counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Sean Cloyes' practice emphasizes personal injury, bankruptcy, criminal defense and family law. Sean is the head of the El Paso County Bar Bankruptcy Section, and co-anchored the Kinnaird Legal Hour on 740AM KVOR. Sean graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska. Sean is a member of the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Association, the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Association and Bankruptcy Section Chairman of the El Paso County Bar Association. Jason A. Kinnaird's practice emphasizes personal injury, criminal defense, bankruptcy and family law. Jason is a member of the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Federal and State courts and Agencies in Colorado. Jason is a former Deputy District Attorney in the 4th Judicial District. Jason served for the District Attorney's Office for five years before he joined Kinnaird Cloyes & Kinnaird, P.C., in January 2004.
